• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Buhu to:

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Buhu. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and serve your content as necessary to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your projects or code.

6. Payment and Billing

For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Service Level

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages arising from use of our service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your projects will be removed from our servers after a grace period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buhu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
